1. Who is responsible
Mandytex is the data controller for the information you submit on this website. Contact: info@mandytex.com.
2. What we collect
Through the reservation and checkout forms we collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number, home address, post code, country and the product you choose, plus the reservation or invoice reference generated for you and the date of submission.
3. Why we use it
We use your data solely to process and confirm your reservation, issue the invoice for the deposit, contact you about your order and the launch date, and arrange delivery. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.
4. Legal basis
Processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to perform that contract. Where we send launch news beyond your reservation, we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
5. Who can see it
Only Mandytex staff with an administrative account can view reservations, through a password-protected dashboard. Our hosting and database provider processes the data on our behalf under a data-processing agreement, and our email provider delivers your invoice.
6. How long we keep it
Reservation records are kept for as long as needed to complete your order and to meet legal and accounting obligations, and are deleted afterwards. Cancelled reservations are deleted within 12 months of cancellation.
7. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to processing, or receive it in a portable format. Email info@mandytex.com and we respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
8. Security
Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with access controls, and all administrative actions on reservations are logged for accountability.
9. Cookies
We use only the strictly necessary storage required to keep the site working and to keep an administrator signed in. We do not run advertising trackers.
