1. Who we are
Mandytex sells electronics and kitchen appliances. You can reach us at info@mandytex.com for any question about these terms or your reservation.
2. Reservations
A reservation is a pre-order for a product that ships at launch. Submitting the reservation form does not transfer ownership; it reserves a unit at the launch price shown on the page at the moment you book.
3. Prices and deposit
Reserved products are offered at the launch price (currently €129,00 instead of the regular €199,90). A deposit of €29,00 locks that price for you. The remaining balance is payable at delivery. All prices include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
4. Payment by bank transfer
After you submit the form we email an invoice with our bank details and your unique reference. Your reservation is confirmed once the deposit is received. Please always use the reference shown on your invoice as the transfer description.
5. Delivery
Products ship after the launch date announced on the website. Reserved orders are prioritised in the order deposits are received. If a launch date moves, we notify you by email and you may cancel for a full refund of the deposit.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your reservation at any time before dispatch by emailing info@mandytex.com; the deposit is refunded in full to the account it was paid from, normally within 14 days. Once delivered, statutory consumer withdrawal rights apply.
7. Product availability
Products marked "Coming soon" are not yet open for reservation. Reservation allocations are limited; if we cannot fulfil your reservation we refund your deposit in full.
8. Your information
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details. Incorrect details may delay delivery. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your reservation applies to that reservation.
